FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Renting The Studio
Your rental time includes setup, shooting, cleanup, and load-out. Please ensure your
group is fully out of the studio by the end of your booking. Set up time begins when your
rental time begins!
No. Entry before your scheduled booking time is not permitted unless approved in
writing by LOVERSHAUS The Studio.
Overtime may be available depending on the studio schedule and will be billed
accordingly. Unauthorized overtime may result in additional charges.
Yes. The studio must be returned to the same condition it was received, including
furniture, props, décor, and equipment.
Bookings that leave the studio improperly reset may be charged a reset fee starting at
$25.
Yes, but all items must be returned to their original locations before your booking ends.
Shoes are permitted in designated areas. Protective shoe covers may be required for
certain setups or surfaces.
Yes. Please treat the wall with care. Excessive scuffing, stains, paint damage, dragging
equipment, or other damage may result in repair or repainting fees.
No. Glitter, confetti, smoke, fog machines, open flames, body oils, and similar materials
are prohibited unless approved in advance.
Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Additional cleaning or
damage fees may apply.
Please follow the occupancy limits provided at booking. Large groups must be approved
in advance. 8+ people must be notified prior!
Yes. Security cameras may be present in common areas for safety and liability
purposes. Cameras are never located in private changing or restroom areas.
The booking party is financially responsible for any damage caused during the rental
period, including damage to furniture, walls, floors, décor, equipment, or the infinity wall.
Please notify during or right after your session.
No. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. LOVERSHAUS The Studio is
not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Yes. One reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours notice and is subject to availability.
All bookings are non-refundable.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The booking party is responsible for all guests, clients, vendors, and attendees associated with the booking.
Yes. We reserve the right to end any booking immediately without refund if studio policies are violated or if safety concerns arise.
Absolutely. LOVERSHAUS The Studio is available for commercial, editorial, branding, portrait, content creation, and client sessions. Please ensure all
attendees follow studio policies.
There is a drive way gate that has a gate code on the left side of it, enter the code and enter through there. Walk towards the back and you will see the studio! Entering the large black door in the back is strictly prohibited.
We currently offer hand painted canvas backdrops in the colors soft pink and tan.

You can pull into the back if there is enough room for your party, otherwise the driveway and street are parking!
