Studio Booking Policies

By booking and entering LOVERSHAUS The Studio, the booking party and all guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Lovershaus Studio Booking Policies

• Rental time begins promptly at the scheduled booking start time and ends promptly at the scheduled end time.

• Entry into the studio prior to the booking start time is not permitted unless approved in writing by LOVERSHAUS The Studio.

• The studio must be fully vacated by the booking end time, including cleanup and load-out.

• Overtime is subject to availability and will be billed accordingly.

• Disturbing or interfering with sessions before or after your booking may result in additional fees and/or removal from the premises.

• The booking party is responsible for communicating all studio rules to anyone attending their session.

Reset + Cleanliness

• The studio must be returned in the same condition it was received.

• Furniture, décor, props, and equipment must be reset according to the studio reference layout provided by LOVERSHAUS The Studio.

• Failure to properly reset the studio may result in an automatic reset fee beginning at $25.

• Excessive mess, trash, glitter, confetti, smoke residue, body oils, stains, fake tan transfer, liquids, or other excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional cleaning charges.

• The booking party is fully responsible for setup, teardown, and cleanup during their rental period.

Infinity Wall + Floor Policies

• Shoes are permitted in designated areas of the studio; however, LOVERSHAUS The Studio cannot guarantee perfectly clean floors due to regular studio use.

• Protective shoe coverings may be required for certain setups or areas.

• Standing, dragging equipment, or using sharp objects on the infinity wall without approval is prohibited.

• Damage, scuffing, excessive marks, paint damage, or staining to the infinity wall will result in repair or repainting fees billed to the booking party.
  

Damages

• The booking party accepts full financial responsibility for any damages caused to the studio, furniture, walls, floors, décor, equipment, or property during the rental period.

• Any excessive damage, staining, misuse, theft, or negligence will be charged accordingly.

• LOVERSHAUS The Studio reserves the right to charge the card on file for damages, overtime, cleaning fees, rule violations, or missing items.

Conduct + Use of Space

• No parties, large gatherings, illegal activity, or unauthorized events are permitted without prior written approval.

• The studio may not be used for activities considered unsafe, destructive, illegal, or inappropriate.

• Smoking, open flames, fog machines, glitter, confetti, body oils, or hazardous materials are prohibited unless approved in advance.

• Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or disrespect toward neighboring tenants, staff, or other clients is prohibited.

• LOVERSHAUS The Studio reserves the right to immediately end any booking violating studio policies without refund.

Security + Surveillance

• Security and surveillance cameras may be present in common areas of the studio for safety, security, and liability purposes.

• Cameras are never placed in private changing or restroom areas.

Liability Waiver

• All persons entering the studio do so at their own risk.

• The booking party assumes full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all attendees, guests, clients, vendors, and collaborators associated with their booking.

• LOVERSHAUS The Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for:

  • injuries,

  • accidents,

  • falls,

  • equipment failure,

  • lost or stolen items,

  • personal property damage,

  • or any claims arising from use of the premises.

• The booking party agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless LOVERSHAUS The Studio from any liability, damages, claims, costs, or legal actions resulting from use of the space.

Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• One reschedule is permitted with at least 72 hours notice, subject to studio availability.

• Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the booking start time may incur additional fees or forfeiture of the booking.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• LOVERSHAUS The Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings at its discretion for policy violations, safety concerns, or misuse of the space.

Agreement

By completing a booking, entering the studio, or using the premises, the booking party acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all studio policies, rules, and liability terms outlined above.
